You are invited to attend a webinar on “The challenges of applying AI ethics” on Friday, March 11, 10:30am-12:00pm. It is organized by the special interest group on AI & Innovation Management of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management (ISPIM) and the Technology Innovation Management Program at Carleton University, Ottawa, ON, Canada.

The speakers are NRC scientists who work in this domain and will share their insights with researchers, practitioners and representatives of Government agencies interested to support Canadian companies in adopting AI resources and capabilities in an ethical way:

• Dr. Svetlana Kiritchenko, Senior Research Scientist
• Dr. Norm Vinson, Research Officer
• Margaret McKay, Program Manager, AI for Logistics

The event will follow a new format which includes providing in advance a couple of publications to all participants, engaging the participants in providing a summary of their takeaways, and performing a topic modeling analysis of the takeaways to be distributed back to all participants.
