Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 2 business days before the start of the event. Registration refunds maybe subject to a cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations will be processed during the course of the working day(s) of the event]. No refunds requested after the event will be issued.

Cancellations must be received in via e-mail, fax or surface mail. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. Please allow 28 days for processing.
