What is intersectionality and how might you incorporate intersectional perspectives into your research?
The Centre for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW) is pleased to invite you to a virtual workshop on incorporating intersectionality in research on Nov. 4th, 12 PM - 1 PM. Aspects of one’s identity can affect the way people move through the world. Access to privilege, or experiences of marginalization, are affected by the intersections of multiple identities and an intersectional approach can shed light on the power dynamics at work.
Join the discussion on how intersections of identity affect lived experiences, what intersectional research looks like, and how to incorporate intersectionality in your research.
