Do you find yourself struggling to meet the daily demands of your work and personal life?
In this workshop, participants will discuss and review practical and simple steps and strategies that set a foundation for a healthier and more balanced life. Topics such as personal vision, setting priorities and personal care will be discussed. Participants are asked to complete a self-wellness questionnaire (prior to the workshop) which will be reviewed in the session.
