About this Event

Host Organization: Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Affairs

Do you ever feel like you’re faking it in graduate school? Learn about the Imposter Syndrome and the skills and techniques to manage it.

• Recognize and separate feelings from facts
• Improve self-confidence
• Increase positive thinking
• Become more resilient

You are also welcome to stay for an informal discussion session on the Imposter Syndrome after the workshop.

All graduate students are welcome. If you are a TA, this workshop counts toward one hour of voluntary paid training hours, provided that you are working as a TA in the term when the training takes place.

The facilitator for this workshop is Patty Allen, Mental Health Nurse. Registration in advance is required.
