Massive open online courses (MOOCs) and online learning in general are hot topics in higher education, generating many different opinions on campuses around the world.

On Friday, September 18, join Teaching and Learning Services and professors Bruce Tsuji (Department of Psychology) and Ian Lee (Sprott School of Business) as they debate the million dollar question: Will MOOCs revolutionize higher education by providing accessible courses at a low cost? Or are they destined to fall short of the traditional university degree after the hype dies down?

Bring your lunch and join us to find out which side comes out on top at The Great MOOC Debate.
