Sometimes, it can be challenging to ask for help or identify that help is even needed. This one-hour interactive webinar will explore the importance of help-seeking behaviours, barriers that could prevent or delay someone from asking for help, as well as strategies for seeking support. Finally, you will be introduced to some of the many resources and supports that are available to you as a student at Carleton University.
