Earlier this year, Carleton engaged The Strategic Counsel, a leading market research firm, to undertake a comprehensive research project to better understand public perceptions of the university. The 2019 Reputation Research Project involved interviews and focus groups with internal and external stakeholders, as well as online surveys of students, faculty, staff and alumni. One of the project’s goals was to collect data from a variety of sources that would help to inform the development of Carleton’s brand strategy.
