Presentation by John ApSimon

Abstract:

For several decades John ApSimon, a professor emeritus in Carleton’s Department of Chemistry, has been involved in the chemistry of natural products, from forest and plant products, marine chemistry and fungal compounds. Although according to ApSimon “often nothing changes” in this field of research, he will describe how these older experiences “refuse to go away but are still useful.”
