Design surrounds us in our everyday lives, influencing our decisions by infusing our senses. It’s as complex as it is simple, holding powerful potential to enhance not only our human interaction but also our quality of life. Design can be an invisible entity, hidden within organizational systems, or an obvious tool, found within the many products we use everyday — design ultimately affects how we engage with our world.

Carleton University industrial design students explore the potential of design by injecting their thinking and creativity into products and systems, from products to promote social change, firefighting support systems and adaptive sports equipment, to digital tools, new business ventures and ideas for the future.

The Carleton University School of Industrial Design invites you to the 36th Annual Graduation Exhibition, explore the work of our aspiring Bachelor of Industrial Design students, and imagine a future of design, people and possibility.
