In today’s competitive environment, leaders who succeed are those with essential business management skills. Our Mini-MBA for Science, Technology & Engineering Professionals offers the knowledge and tools to expand your contribution beyond technical solutions to robust leadership – all while tackling emerging trends in engineering and technology.

This program will help participants to equip themselves to meet changing workforce demands and gain a competitive edge.

We know that disruptive technologies (IoT, AI, Blockchain, etc.) are beginning to automate work activities, including some technical job functions. As a result, engineers and technical managers who want to stay competitive and advance their careers need to have more than technical proficiency. There is increasing pressure for them to add business basics to their skill set.

The Mini-MBA Program for Science, Technology & Engineering Professionals (STEPs) is composed of 12 sessions further subdivided into two main modules. The first module (7 sessions) is focused on covering the building blocks relevant to management. The second module of the program delves into the application of these management subjects to various science, technology, and engineering domains. Whereas module 1 is more management fundamentals focused, module 2 is inherently more Science, Technology & Engineering focused

Who Should Attend:

Engineers and technical managers who want to become more resilient by adding business basics to their skill set
Those in technical roles who want to grow their careers but don’t have time for or are not ready to commit to an MBA or EMBA
Managers who have had exposure to one functional area and plan to move into a general management position
