This workshop is intended for Carleton faculty and staff members.

Registered Dietitian Jane Skapinker will be guiding us through a demonstration of how to create a nutrient-dense and filling meal in a mason jar!

This workshop will take place in the 3rd dining room of the Fresh Food Company. We will all meet at the entrance to the Fresh Food Company on the 3rd floor of the Residence Commons building.

All ingredients and mason jars will be provided and you will get to enjoy your delicious meal at the end!
