Boost Workshop on Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition
Join 1125@Carleton’s cohort of Born Social Fellows in an energizing one-day workshop where participants will come to understand a systematic approach to working with business models using Business Model Canvas, and develop the skills needed to design products and services customers want.
This workshop will introduce participants to a systematic approach to working with business models using Business Model Canvas. The workshop (equivalent to one full day) will also help the participants conceptualize, design, analyse, and test their value propositions. Using a combination of real life examples and custom exercises the workshop will help students understand how they are creating value for their customers, and it will help them in their efforts to design products and services that their customers want.
What is a ‘Business Model Canvas?’
The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model.
What do we mean by ‘Value Proposition?’
The Value Proposition Canvas helps you tackle a core challenge of every business — creating compelling products and services customers want to buy.
Workshop Lead:
