The Confucius Institute at Carleton University offers free daily lunch time walk-in sessions to explore and discuss the Chinese language and culture at Carleton University. The visiting scholars from China and local expertise will be invited to host and facilitate these discussions. Hands-on practice and digital experiencing on Chinese culture will also be available.
The Theme Topics include:
Chinese food and cuisines, traditional festivals; Confucius and his wisdom;
Chinese tea serving and tasting; Tai-Chi stories and basic moves;
Traditional music and instruments, Peking Opera and costumes;
Tour of Chinese heritage attractions using VR presentations
