Take part in open discussions and a practical design activity that will help you discover the secrets behind inclusive course/program design for face-to-face and web-based instruction.

The aim of this session is to help you identify:

-The misunderstood nature of usability, accessibility, inclusivity and user experience in course and program design
-How to use personas to start thinking about accessibility/inclusivity
-How to take control of designing for everyone
-How to evaluate online, blended and face-to-face courses and programs for accessibility/inclusivity

You’ll leave this session with a well-rounded understanding of the differences between, and the application of, usability, accessibility, inclusivity and user experience in course and program design/development.

-Faculty/instructors who currently teach web-based and face-to-face courses
