Come join Carleton employees to learn the basics of how to play Ultimate Frisbee over the lunch hour! The sport is easy to learn, and the weekly games are open to all skill levels. Best of all, you get to socialize with your Carleton compatriots, and it’s all FREE, thanks to Healthy Workplace!
For those new to the sport, never fear: we’ll have people on hand to show you the basics and get you into the game. During this workshop we will go over the basics of the game, and learn how to throw a Frisbee in ways you never thought possible (or logical).
Please wear running shoes and gym attire. Don’t forget your campus card to access the Field House!
