About this Event

Host Organization: SLaLS

Don’t miss the last film in this year’s Japanese Film Festival. Co-organized by SLaLS and the Embassy of Japan, Akko-Chan tells the story 10 year old Atsuko Kagami who, with the help of her magic mirror, jumps ahead to the future and meets the love of her life. If you are studying Japanese, you will find this movie helpful. The pronunciation is very clear and there is a lot of use of the honorific forms often used in business situations. (Japanese with English subtitles)
