Balsillie School of International Affairs & Wilfrid Laurier University on Monday, June 1, 4:30- 6:00 pm in 2017 Dunton Tower (Arts Lounge), Carleton University

Alan Whiteside OBE is an internationally recognized academic and CIGI Chair in Global Health at the Balsillie School of International Affairs and Wilfrid Laurier University. He is the author, co-author and editor of numerous articles, op-eds and books. His major books include AIDS: The Challenge for South Africa (with Clem Sunter in 2000); AIDS in the Twenty-First Century: Disease and Globalisation (with Tony Barnett, 2002 and 2nd Edition in 2006) and HIV/AIDS: A Very Short Introduction, 2008″.
