Marta Wein, Fitness & Recreation Program Administration with the department of Athletics, will be offering a workshop that will introduce you to strength training with basic equipment that you can use at home.
This workshop will take place on the 3rd floor of Athletics. Don’t forget your campus card to access the facility! Please wear running shoes and gym attire.
