Habits for Productivity in 2021 (Virtual) – hosted by the Alumni Mentors Program
Throughout the academic year, the Department of University Advancement’s Alumni Mentors Program hosts monthly workshops on goal-setting, professional development and practical life skills. In January, the Alumni Mentors Program Workshop will feature alumnus and highly sought-after speaker, Chris Bailey, on the topic of productivity and how to develop mindful and deliberate habits for 2021.

Chris Bailey will walk our mentorship and Carleton community members through how to prioritize goal-setting, tune-in to your biological rhythms for peak productivity and create habits for calm and self-kindness. This 1-hour session will be broken up into 3 modules, with mini Q&A’s following each theme.
All members of the Carleton community are welcome to attend.
