We are pleased to announce that Herman Van Rompuy, President emeritus of the European Council, will give a keynote lecture at Carleton University on “The Future of Europe”.

Herman Van Rompuy served as the first President of the European Council from 2009 to 2014. He was Prime Minister of Belgium from 2008 to 2009. He is now President of the European Policy Centre.
