About this Event

Host Organization: Economics Alumni Chapter, Economics Department

Please join us on campus on Thursday, November 3 for the 9th annual Economics Alumni Reception, hosted by the Department of Economics and the Economics Chapter of the Carleton University Alumni Association. This event typically takes place during Throwback week in September. However this year, due to circumstances beyond our control, the reception will take place November 3.

We are excited to return to campus for this event, and provide an opportunity for Economics alumni of all eras to engage in person with fellow grads, faculty, staff and students, and hear from leading national and international economists.

We are very pleased to feature Brian Kingston, Carleton economics alumnus and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Canadian Vehicle Manufacturers’ Association, as our guest of honour and keynote speaker on November 3.

The event program will also include a Q&A session between our guest speaker and participants, an update from the Economics Department, complimentary reception with food and beverages, and draws for some participant prizes!

Pay parking available in P18. Campus parking info and map posted here: https://carleton.ca/parking/parking-map (copy and paste url in your browser search tab).

PLEASE REGISTER BELOW IN ADVANCE OF NOVEMBER 3.
