Dr. Geden will provide an assessment of the European Union’s integrated energy and climate policy, which is currently at the intersection of the 1st phase (targets and implemented policies until 2020) and the 2nd phase (targets and yet to implement policies until 2030). He will discuss the politics behind these policies.
