Registered Dietitian Jane Skapinker will be joining us to discuss the role of intuitive eating, physical activity and sleep in managing stress.

Stress is a word we are all familiar with. We all have different levels of stress that arises from different reasons, but how we handle it can make all the difference. Stress management can be a powerful tool for wellness, so it’s important that we explore healthy ways to deal with stress which will help us cope better.

Jane will provide a goal-setting worksheet, copies of recipes, as well as a list of Mini Ways to Wellness.
