Group Meet-Ups are designed for participants of the CU Healthier Challenge 2.0 to get together, meet one of their daily goals as a group, and to discuss their progress within the challenge. However, all Carleton faculty and staff are welcome to join in!

This Group Meet-up will focus on reaching our daily Exercise goal. A member from Athletics will provide some background information on the importance of strength training, and will then guide us through a 10-minute workout. There will be opportunity to ask questions and get advice afterwards. Those who attend will have their name entered into a draw to win a CUFIT PASS FROM ATHLETICS!
