Change is one thing we are guaranteed to have to deal with in our lives. Whether it is on a personal, professional or interpersonal level, we all struggle with managing negative or positive changes at some point in our lives. This workshop will help participants develop and understand positive ways to identify and manage transitional issues. Participants will be encouraged to develop and initiatve a personal action plan that will help soften the bumps along the way to new beginnings.

A representative from Ottawa Family Services, Carleton’s Employee and Family Assistance Program provider, will be presenting this workshop.
