H.E M. Nicolas Chapuis, Ambassador of France to Canada will be giving a speech entitled "COP21 – Paris 2015 : the last mile – expectations & challenges". The COP (Conference of Parties) is the decision-making body for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) and their annual conference will be held December 7-8, 2015 in Paris.
