Ottawa Family Services, Carleton’s Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) provider, will present a workshop on caring for aging parents and relatives. The presentation will assist participants who are currently care giving for an elderly parent, spouse, relative or friend and for those planning for a time when they may be required to take on this role.

Topics include:
• Care giving/eldercare defined
• Care giving issues and challenges (for both the caregiver & the senior)
• Strategies and Resources
