The annual Brain Freeze is a winter fundraiser run promoting active living for brain and mental health.
This year, on March 13 ̶ 14, 2021, we will move together (while apart) to reach 1 million steps!
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Minwaashin Lodge, an Ottawa-based organization that provides support and services to First Nations, Inuit, and Metis women and children who are survivors of violence. Minwaashin Lodge offers many programs and services, including crisis management, counseling, culture programs, and more, that improve the lives of Indigenous women and children in our community.
While your steps are symbolic of the steps that the Indigenous community at the Minwaashin Lodge are taking to recover from violence, your donations will make a real difference. Any amount is appreciated!
