The African Union–EU Relations, Regional Partnerships for Actorness in Effective Global Governance, AURORA, is a joint project of The Centre for the Study of Governance Innovation (GovInn) and the European Studies Association of Sub-Saharan Africa (ESA-SSA) in the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and the Institute of African Studies, Carleton University, Canada.
