As we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of CREWW, there is no better time to reflect on the significant accomplishments of women in leadership roles. The year 2017 marks CREWW’s 25th year of promoting women in the workplace, Carleton University’s 75th anniversary and Canada’s 150th anniversary.

Many executives and leaders who have passed through CREWW’s programs or who have been involved in CREWW’s research activities are serving to significantly advance Canada’s economic and social interests. Maximizing the talent of women in leadership roles, as half of Canada’s highly qualified workforce, and as a growing group of innovators, is crucial to the country’s current and future success.
