We are pleased to invite Carleton faculty members to the 2024 CIHR Project Grant Information Session!

The Project Grant program is designed to capture ideas with the greatest potential for important advances in fundamental or applied health-related knowledge, health care, health systems, and/or health outcomes by supporting projects of research proposed and conducted by individual researchers or groups of researchers in all areas of health. The best ideas may stem from new, incremental, innovative, and/or high-risk lines of inquiry or knowledge translation approaches.

This free information session will take place in person on Wednesday, January 17th from 9:30 to 11:30am. at the Future Learning Lab Room 482 in the MacOdrum Library and will be led by current and recent members of the CIHR College of Reviewers from the Faculty of Science, as well as the Faculty of Engineering & Design. There will be an overview of the Project Grant program and application, updates to the application requirements, and a discussion with these College of Reviewers members.
