The Center for Research on Inclusion at Work (CRIW) is inviting applications for participation in an early career researchers conference on multidisciplinary perspectives on equity and inclusion in organizations.
The conference is aimed to encourage interdisciplinary discussion, exchange of ideas, and collaboration among scholars who explore equity issues at work as they pertain to traditionally underrepresented populations. Of particular interest are papers exploring barriers to employment and organizational socialization for such populations as immigrants, women, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ2+, First Nations, and youth.
CRIW is inviting applications from graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, as well as faculty early in their careers or new to research on equity, diversity and inclusion.
