Women and girls are often under-diagnosed with ASD and struggle for years with their non-visible disabilities with little or no supports.
Please join us for a workshop with Guðlaug Svala Steinunnar Kristjánsdóttir an autistic self-advocate featured in the film "Seeing the Unseen, a physiotherapist, and a City Councillor who is travelling from Iceland for this event on the morning of Thursday, November 14, 10 am-Noon at Carleton University.
Guðlaug will discuss gender and invisible disability as well as supports we can provide as educators and front-line workers.
