In this presentation, Prof. Angela Cameron (Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa) discusses some of the results of an empirical study conducted by herself and Vanessa Gruben, on the use of donated sperm in the creation of families, the current legal approach to gamete donation in Canada, and how those families think it should be regulated. This project works toward a proposed law reform in the use of anonymous sperm donation in Ontario.
