7 COMMON MYTHS ABOUT PROCRASTINATION WITH CARLETON'S DR. TIM PYCHYL

"I’ll feel more like it tomorrow. I work better under pressure."

Is there any truth to these statements? Dr. Tim Pychyl from Carleton's Psychology department will discuss seven common beliefs we hold about procrastination and summarize recent research findings that help us understand why we become our own worst enemy with needless delay.

Hosted by Carleton’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences as part of its’ CU in the City lecture series, this lecture is the first session to be held outside Ottawa. This is a free event open to all Carleton alumni, donors and friends.

Reception and seating take place from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., presentations follow from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
