About this Event

Host Organization: Centre for Indigenous Initiatives and Career Services

Indigenous students from all programs and all years of study are invited to attend Carleton University's first Career Fair for Indigenous Students! This is a casual, small-scale combined networking event and career fair.

The Centre for Indigenous Initiatives and Career Services have created this event to help our Indigenous students meet and connect with employers, find meaningful, degree-related work opportunities, and learn about the on- and off-campus employment resources available to them.

The employers attending this event are:
RBC
First Nations and Inuit Health Branch of Health Canada
Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada (INAC)
Bank of Canada
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC)
Canadian Food Inspection Agency
Canada Revenue Agency
RCMP
Accenture

Representatives from the following community organizations will also be attending:
Minwaashin Lodge - Employment and Training Readiness Program
Kagita Mikam - Aboriginal Employment and Training Inc.

Light food and drink will be served!
