Fall Career & Networking Fair 2025

Wednesday, October 15, 2025 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm

All Carleton students and grads are encouraged to attend the in-person Fall Career & Networking Fair!

Whether you’re in your first year, graduating, or alumni, the Career & Networking Fair is your chance to practice networking, learn about employers, and explore opportunities.

Why attend?

Practice builds confidence: Networking is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. The Career & Networking Fair is a professional-yet-approachable environment to start conversations, ask questions, and build confidence.
Explore opportunities: Learn about full-time, part-time, co-op, and future roles. Even if you’re not job hunting now, understanding what’s out there helps you plan ahead.
Gain insight: Discover what different organizations do, what they value in candidates, and how you might fit in now or in the future. By chatting with a range of employers you can also identify valuable hiring trends.
Grow your network: Make connections that could lead to mentorship, advice, or future opportunities. Every conversation is a step forward.
Convenient: Meet a wide range of employers that you would not normally have a chance to speak with, all without leaving campus.

If you have any questions about the Fall Career & Networking Fair or require accommodations for a disability to attend this event, please email careerfair@carleton.ca.
