DESCRIPTION:All Carleton students and grads are encouraged to attend the in-person Fall Career & Networking Fair!



Whether you're in your first year, graduating, or alumni, the Career & Networking Fair is your chance to practice networking, learn about employers, and explore opportunities. 



Why attend?




Practice builds confidence: Networking is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. The Career & Networking Fair is a professional-yet-approachable environment to start conversations, ask questions, and build confidence. 



Explore opportunities: Learn about full-time, part-time, co-op, and future roles. Even if you're not job hunting now or an employer you're interested in isn't hiring at the moment, understanding what's out there helps you plan ahead. 



Gain insight: Discover what different organizations do, what they value in candidates, and how you might fit in now or in the future. By chatting with a range of employers you can also identify valuable hiring trends.



Grow your network: Make connections that could lead to mentorship, advice, or future opportunities. Every conversation is a step forward. 



Convenient: Meet a wide range of employers that you may not normally have a chance to speak with, all without leaving campus. Drop in between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. as it fits your schedule (last check-in time is 2:45 p.m.).
