SUMMARY:Building Strong Foundations: Communication Skills for Student Support
DESCRIPTION:In this interactive workshop, faculty and staff will explore essential communication strategies designed to enhance student support in a post-secondary environment. Participants will learn tools for effective verbal and written communication, as well as techniques for communicating during heightened emotional states through an exploration of foundational de-escalation skills.
