An event in honour of the UN International Day of the Girl takes place on Oct. 18, 2017 with displays by undergraduate students in "Girlhoods in Contemporary Contexts" class. Special guest speaker, The Honourable Landon Pearson.
Where: Galleria, Fourth Floor, University Centre, Carleton University, 1125 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa
When: Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2013 from 2:30. until 4:00 p.m.
Opening remarks will be delivered at 2:45 p.m. by the Honourable Landon Pearson, former Senator and long-time Canadian children’s right advocate.
