What are the implications of a Trump presidency for Latin America? During his
campaign, Trump promised to tear up or renegotiate NAFTA, and to build a wall
along the entire US border with Mexico. While the impact will likely be strongest on
Mexico, other countries of the region are concerned about the disruptive
implications of the new U.S. president. The panel will discuss issues such as trade,
human rights, peace and security, migration, and foreign policy.
