Abstract
The management of UX projects has some inherent challenges, such as setting goals and milestones, preparation and management of budgets, division of labor, managing multiple people within a single UX project and delivering to client expectations.
We will explore some of these issues and address how they can be dealt with through the use of case studies.
Biography
Dominira Saul has been a leader, a champion, an advisor and an advocate for user centred design for over 20 years. He has been a consultant, educator, speaker and currently leads a team of 25 UX designers and researchers at You.i TV.
