Rhinoceros by Eugène Ionesco
Directed by Wade Theriault
Rhinoceros is a play about conformity and complacency. It takes place in a mid-20th century French town full of rationalism, alcoholism, and hypocrisy, where all of a sudden rhinoceroces start charging through the streets. Who will save the day? How many horns did the rhinoceroces have? Was it the African rhinoceros with two horns and the Asiatic with one? Or was it the other way about? It's not easy to agree on this.
Opening performance: They're Made Out of Meat by Terry Bisson, directed by Rafael Mora
