Carleton University’s Service Excellence Standards guide how we: (1) work and interact with our colleagues and (2) serve the needs of students, faculty, and external partners. These Standards are at the core of what it means to deliver Service Excellence on our campus. Join us for a ninety minute workshop to learn more about Carleton’s Service Excellence Standards. This interactive session will explore who we serve and how we ensure an exceptional experience for our students.

During the workshop, you will:
- connect with other new employees;
- learn about the history and culture of Service Excellence;
- learn how Service Excellence is recognized on our campus!
