We are pleased to invite you to join us in person in 4020 Nicol Building on Wednesday, July 27th from 6:00- 7:00pm EST for a talk with Yuliya Kovaliv, Ambassador of Ukraine regarding the first anniversary of ‘Ukraine’s Day of Statehood’ & what it means for the world.

A year ago, on the 30th Anniversary of Ukraine’s independence President Volodymyr Zelenskyy introduced a new national holiday - the Day of Ukraine’s Statehood. This year Ukrainians are fighting for their identity, independence, and statehood as a result of Russia’s unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. The implications of the fight have global outreach and have a potential to dramatically change the security architecture, energy, and food markets internationally.
