On February 5, in collaboration with Carleton’s Ānako Indigenous Research Institute, the Sprott School of Business will host Josée Bourgeois, member of the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan, model, dancer, and sovereign cannabis activist, for a public lecture entitled, “Road to Sovereignty: A Cannabis Story.” Josée will provide insight on what factors need to be acknowledged when working with Indigenous owned companies and community-driven ventures.
