Dr. Robbie Shilliam is Professor of International Relations at Johns Hopkins University. He is author of Decolonizing Politics (Polity, 2021) and is currently working on a new book, Move Outta Babylon: Rastafari Reason, Black Marxism and the Struggle for Global Justice, for Penguin Press.
