This unique experience will allow Carleton faculty and staff to explore the university with the intention of building relationships and their own understanding of what happens “behind closed doors”. By offering an inside view into areas, which people may not have access to on a daily basis it provides an opportunity to stimulate conversations, interactions and possible future considerations for how we may work together; not to mention a greater appreciation for the quality and continuous improvement we bring to our roles each and every day.
