Feelings of loneliness and isolation are natural during this pandemic, but there are steps you can take to feel less alone. International students are invited to join International Student Counsellor Berak Hussain and Intercultural Programming Coordinator Niamh O’Shea for a workshop on ‘Navigating Your Social Transition to Canada & Carleton’. During this session, you will learn strategies and resources to help navigate the unique factors impacting loneliness and isolation for international students living outside of Canada during COVID-19. You will also build a personalized strategy for building and sustaining connections. This session is intended for new and returning international students currently residing outside of Canada. Please register on the ISSO website.
